The Gingerman is the flagship of the Gingerman Group of restaurants here in Brighton. The original site which opened in 1998 is a small and intimate venue serving modern cuisine with a fine dining element making it a very desirable venue. I've been photographing here since 2018 and have witnessed the change on brigades. Each one making the experience better and better while retaining the focus on the unforced natural style of cooking and getting the best out of each fresh ingredient.
